In addition to our independent apartments and for those who prefer a little extra attention, Horton Plaza in Medford, OR has apartments that offer personal care. Our personal care department is a licensed residential care facility with six different levels that are determined by a point-based evaluation.
We offer 16 apartments with experienced and trained staff on duty 24 hours a day, supervised by a registered nurse. Each resident is evaluated on an ongoing basis to ensure that we are providing the appropriate level of services. Whether you prefer assistance with bathing or just need simple meal reminders, we can accommodate you.
